A foggy morning at Cathedral Gorge State Park in Nevada. Was lucky to have some nice light shining on the rocks. Within a few minutes, the entire landscape was shrouded in thick fog. Critique/comments appreciated. Thanks!

3 long exposures shot with a ND filter and blended into a HDR image. Critique/comments appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for the kind comments and critique! The color noise was inevitable as the image was a HDR from 3 bracketed shots and the range of tonality was extreme from the bright color behind the mountains to the reflection in the water. The new format of photo.net blows the image larger than it is intended to be, and amplifies the noise to a certain extent.

Wildflowers set the Temblor range ablaze with color after an epic wet season in California. Taken on a sunny April evening in Carrizo Plain National Monument, California. Thanks for stopping by!

Kirkjufell Mountain and reflection during the twilight hours of the Midnight Sun. Thanks for stopping by!

Beautiful shot! Love the transition of color from a dark grey sky to the bright setting sun and then to the reddish brown roofs. Well done capturing all those tonal ranges!

Saw a very vivid rainbow while driving on Hwy 6 in New Zealand. Pulled
off the road and shot this through a little clearing. Shot off a few
quick shots and while I looked around for a good composition, the
rainbow went faint before totally disappearing. Didn't have much
leeway in terms of composition. Would like to know what others think
of this shot. Critiques/comments welcome. Thanks!

IMHO, This one looks better especially with the light on the arch and the contrasty shadows.

Neat abstract image! The radiating pattern of the icicles looks very cool.
