Like Jack, I've had the joy of following your work for a long time and seeing your kids grow up. What a happy, exuberant capture! I like the little breaking wave in the background, which adds to the energy of the scene. -
It reminds me of the old adage to bloom where you're planted. I like the warm tones, dappled light, and nostalgic color cast. The red captures the eye quickly, as red does, but then I arc around the stems and twigs. The flat/fat friend on the left rounds out the ensemble. -
An interesting, albeit wary couple. She doesn't look like she trusts you. -
Certainly deserving of a spotlight. Yellow kitsch. If only Joni Mitchell had seen this first. -

A smile seems like a rarity. My sentiments echo Donna's. We get scraps of distorted sound bytes from hotheads and faux commentators. Heartbreaking. Be safe. My thoughts are with you and yours. -

The red is powerful, reflecting here and there and warming things up. It's a clean capture. The crisp lines provide a nice contrast to the informality of your model. -
Wee spirits. I hope their suffering was brief. There's always a risk of presenting photos of those murdered as being encoded as a number not a name. I can grieve one at a time. En masse, the grief is unbearable and something shuts down. I think we're living in a world that's shut down. I hope you are okay. I think about you often and your sensitive heart. -

I like how you've captured the tension of having to choose which wax replica looks most appetizing. The light and richness of the colors in the window sells the shot. I also like how the light spills out the restaurant door. -
