Olympus Pen D. But it's only a half frame so maybe that's cheating.

The Norwegian Tourist Bureau used to promote The Discovery Route from Christiansand to Bergen via train, bus and ferry. There was an overnight stop along the way. Very scenic. I don't know if all the connection still exist. Also the train from Bergen to Oslo has some great scenery. You can stop at Finse for the night which is a hostel for hikers only a short walk from the RR station.

Its hard to go wrong in Vermont. Following US Rt. 5 from South to North with numerous side roads and bridges to New Hampshire and back and crossing Vermont to Lake Champlain and back to East Burke and Newport will give you plenty of photo ops. Have a great trip.

Grand theft photography.

I assume the original poster has long since bought a camera but FWIW I have owned all three of his options (via eBay). The RC felty too small in my hands to be comfortable and all other two were dogs. But my main objection to them is their use of button batteries. I have had good luck with several Konica C35 variants and the Nikon L35AF all of which use AA or AAA batteries, available almost anywhere. IMHO

A minor change, but I came to prefer wider angle photos and the cell phone came along to satisfy my wants in that respect.

Back in the 50's and 60's a good friend worked for the local studio, shooting portraits during the week and doing weddings on Saturdays using a 4X5 Speed Graphic. I don't know how many film packs he took with him but I doubt if he took more than 150 or 200 shots. (He had to develop and print them). I liked most of his results. A few years back I went to a family wedding where the photographer used a digital camera. The results looked like a movie camera was set up and left running. We were all told of a web site to log on to and pick out the images we wanted to buy. Most images had one or several guests shoving food in their faces, picking their nose or some other flaw. People were probably more aware of a big camera being pointed in their direction and posed a bit but the results were much better on average.

Rick Oleson's website has a procedure - Bringing Infinity Indoors - for adjusting foucus which may be of help.

Old threads never die. I think the Konica S3 was also sold as the Konica C35FD.

Is the bluish tinted building the UN headquarters? Just a guess.

The Olympus Trip 35 was designed with only one shutter speed, 1/200. It was a popular camera. You might look at your camera as a challenge and try to get the most out of it before you spend money for repair or junk it.

Estimating exposure is an easily learnable skill as is estimating distance, IMHO. Exposure meters and rangefinders are no more necessary than a GPS system in your car. Bah, humbug.

How about almost always?

A second thought. Operate the delayed action function. That could be stuck half way through its cycle.

I've had two L35AF's but never experienced that problem. Could the power off/on switch be dragging on it some how? Just a suggestion. One of my favorite cameras.

A lanscape always needs at least a hint of humanity, a road, path, house, fence, railroad track, even a power line or vapor trail IMHO.

I have an old Leica Elmar and recently bought a Canon IV although I wasn't sure if the film to flange distance was the same. Also will the Canon body allow you to collapse a Leica lens? Thanks for any info.

There is a special cross recessed stew called posi-drive. Used in some ski binding, etc. A straight flanked variety. Don't know how it varies from some of the others mentioned above.
