Tons of photos have been made on the subject, but this one stands out to my eyes. Really wonderful! -
I like this one a lot, but composition wise, I think it's better off if we made a square using the left side -- meaning cut off about 20% on the right. The rule is -- if we want to give attention to a smaller subject, don't center it, put it at the corner. :D

While I appreciate your great BW photos, this photo is done right on color. Contrast and warm color -- the two most important elements to make a great color photo. Well done. -

Great shot to capture a great expression on the face. If I have to nit-pick, then I prefer a WB adjustment for better skin tone. Maybe it's just my monitor, it looks little bit greenish.
