Nice shot. These great old cars could provide you with alot of great pics if you keep going back to see what else catches your eye about these two old clunkers.

Thanks for your comment, Steven. The truck in the foreground does have a look of being lurched forward as if to say "Please take me". I really like the way this photo turned out and am glad that you enjoyed it too. Have a great day.

Shot taken at Colonial Williamsburg in Williamsburg, VA about 10 years

ago. Just recently dug it up and thought I'd share it with you. This photo

has a special place in my heart because it was the first pic after having

taken up photography that I had something I was willing to enlarge and

    frame.

Shot this image early one Sunday morning last spring. Birds were

constantly landing on the crosses and that's how I got a shot with

that bird on the cross on the left side. Thanks for looking and all

    comments are welcome.

Got this shot as the sun was in the perfect part of the sky to cast the shadow in this direction to fill up the frame and add some dynamic energy to the image. Ditto everyone else's comments as well.

I have seen many fantastic images on this site over the past several years that I've been browsing/posting here, but this one is beyond everything I've seen up to now...and that's saying plenty given the level of talent that resides here on photo.net. I am utterly stunned....GREAT WORK!!!!!!

    Cracklin' Rosie

My niece, Madelyn Rose is 1 week old today. When my brother told me the name he and

his wife had chosen I immediately thought of the song "Cracklin' Rosie" by Neil Diamond

becuase it sort of sounds like her name. Anyway, I'm a proud uncle for the 4th time and

simply wanted to share with you all.

Wow! A very elegant and beautifully captured image. DOF is perfect as is composition and exposure. Your patience paid off in capturing this ladybug moving from one petal to another instead of just sitting there. This makes the image that much more dynamic. Fantastic job!

The Red Hot Chili Peppers meets The Flaming Lips was my first thought. Very imaginitive concept, but must agree with others that the lack of sharpness is a concern here. Should be easy enough to reshoot; use a tripod if this was hand held and/or stop down for better dof. Great idea!
  1. This is absolutely fantastic! I've been to this theatre and shot a couple of pics but I doubt that if given all the time in the world that I'd ever be able to come up with this perspective. I love the different colors of light in addition to the wonderful lines and composition. I'm in awe!

I want to thank you all for your very encouraging comments on this image. I have to admit that I was surprised at how well this was received, but I guess that just demonstrates the power of complimentary colors in an image. Thank you again for taking the time to comment and give feedback, I appreciate it very much!

    Best regards,

I have long been intrigued by this particular building and so far this is the best shot that I

have taken of it. All comments are welcome and thank you for looking.
