    Doors are shot a lot. This is a prime example of that average door shot. There is lots of interesting bits of this door that might make very interesting photos. The door buzzer and a bit of the door. The woodgrain looks unusual. The latch, the iron detail could also be interesting. Not a bad shot but uninteresting.
  1. BTW: Jpeg compression on PN really dulls the contrast in the

    contrail. I tried to compensate for it and repost but it still

    messes it up a bit. Another one from the Southwest series. Thanks

    I was very attracted to the white tumbleweeds and the contrast they offer against the red of everything else. What would you change to make it better?

    Most shots like this doen't work for me. The texture and color/tone well compliment the landscape. The crop is effective too. Good job telling a mood.
