Yes, M3 RF will couple with those 35mm lenses. I think M2 is as good as an M3, but for me, one reason for not selling the M3 is the higher focussing accuracy of M3 with faster/longer lenses (Noctilux/75 Lux; no I don't have any of these, but might have 'em later...).

I also love 35mm lenses, and use it on my M3 with a CV 28/35 minifinder. It works for me. If a shop near you has the CV finder, then check it out. Its really small (almost like having nothing on your hotshoe). I'd say keep your M3.

Don't know about the others, but the VCII is a fantastic meter. Works well with my M3. I dropped it couple of times on hard concrete side-walk, it only developed a couple of dents/bruises, and is still working like a champ. If you get this meter, make sure to get the meter strap as well (in case you change your mind about using it on the hotshoe).
