I like the composition...but, I find the added noise a little too distracting.
-
Found at a frog farm in Singapore. What does this image say to you?
-
Consider blurring one of the elements to add a new dynamic - currently it is a little static.
-
What I meant to say was: does the head on the RIGHT dominate the image (too much)...
-
Does the head on the left dominate this image for you? Does the
man's face get lost in the busy-ness of this image?
-
...or does it work?
-
The dark haze around the main subject is distracting - consider toning it down a little.
-
-
Does the broken trunk add to the image - I'm not sure it does.
-
consider cloning the plane tracks in the sky - they DO detract from the image - and they're not natural (as the rest of the image is).
-
Consider another crop - possibly vertical to exclude the cameramen and empty space at left. Colourisation? Mmmm, not sure it works in this case - they're too small.
-
-
Consider making the frame bigger at the top and cloning in some additional background to make the locust more central to the frame - as it is currently, it is too high and there isn't enough breathing space between the edge and the antenna. Also, consider cropping to remove dead space at the left hand side.
-
consider cropping out some sky...
-
consider remving the white spec
-
consider putting the feature cherry somewhere other than dead-centre.
-
-
sadly, without people and life, this image lacks something...
-
The unusual composition of this image really works. The strength of the rock on the right not only physically balances the image, but it represents what the climbers are contemplating. Powerful and well-envisioned.
-
Grasses distracting? No, I think they give an added dynamic to the landscape - bravo for keeping them in.
-
...consider cropping the lower part of the image - the lower right hand side is devoid of interest (yet the top parts are very interesting).
-
I would highly recommend cropping and straightening this image as it leans to the right.
You could also consider cropping it into a panoramic view, removing most of the stairs and wall, leaving the people to tell the story without the clutter.
Well observed - bravo!

...a little dark?

remove the clothing tag and the 'red eye'
