Color and expression are very good on this one. This is also the one that I prefer mainly because there is not "frame" effect: I found them way too much distractive I think that classy pictures should keep effects very low.
I would suggest a large horizontal framing on this one, with her head on the right and more empty space on the left. This would give more presence to the pic and give a more original framing. Just my two cents :) !

Thanks for your feedback! The French text are lyrics from a song of William Sheller. It's rather difficult to translate, sorry... Basically, it says "I love the words that quietly come to you".

The words that she whispers to me...

Lovely atmosphere, I like it!

From a new surrealistic photo series... more on my page...

... a photo from my latest series...

Thanks for your feedback! My goal was to produce something like a movie still. I've got another picture where she is not looking at the camera, but I thought that this one was better. I will reconsider this and make up my mind.

Here is another image from my latest series. Hope that you will like
it. Everything is lit by available lightning.

Excellent idea and great realisation. Congrats!

Good job, again. I like the composition in this one. Simple but effective. The shading on the bottom of the buldings looks a little odd to me...
-
As usual, I was working using available lightning. It went out pretty
good in this series as we spot out nicely lit places.
The complete series will be available soon on www.simplemoment.com

Great work Rene! I like the cinematographic look of this image.

;) Glad to see you on photo.net ;) - it seems that your photos get as much feedback as on DA :D

It's always a pleasure to view your images, Ben.

I like when there's a kind of (unobvious) story behind an image...

I really like this image. I've seen it for a long time... and I was just visiting the SFMOMA for the 1st time one week ago when I have noticed this window! I really remembered me of your photo! Coming back to your page, I see that I was right: it was the same place ;) !
Congrats again for this lovely one!

I had to stitch numerous images together to give this sense of depth
with just the 35mm wide angle of my compact camera ;)

I like photos with a narrative aspect...
