  1. Unfortunatly I didnt have a ND filter at the time. It was taken on holidays, and all i had with with my was recently aquired Yahisca Fx3 with a 50mm f2 and a 28mm 2.8.. But the result with an ND would have been interesting, however I also didnt have a tripod with me, + the ship was a'rockin so I think this shot without one is pretty good :)

I just pulled out the old Yashica + I'm gonna give it another shot, but I unfortunatly don't see any holidays coming up where i could repeat this photo :( (would be nice tho)

    Landscape effort

Changed the hue on the top of the trees from green to yellow, still not too sure on it, Adjusted the hue on the reeds, and the berries on the ground on the left (might change those back)

This landscape comes from a scan of a normal sized print. The photo

was taken at my local park, and it was just about to be thrown down

the back of the closet as a VERY BAD photo, before I was bored one

day, and tried to make something useful out of these shots I was

disposing of. (this is about a 40% crop)

The photo required extensive photoshop alteration, burning, dodging,

cropping, hue, saturation, contrast etc. What do you think of the

    final effort?

"It's figurative yet abstract, human and yet more symbolic to me of the grace and elegance of life around us than necessarily that of the woman that we identify with"

I can't agree with this, the cropping of the leg makes the picture seem artificial, as if it was a photo of a manequin, and as such, loses that "human" touch for me.

  2. I have thought about the horizon and I will look into it, This by the way isnt a crop, its the entire frame, just wondering if there is a crop besides making the horizon level, to improve the pic, thanks :)
