Significant Photoshoping'

Fairly "cheap and nasty" (lots of errors) photoshop work I did tonight, trying to justify a roll with not much on it :) conceptually worth working on?

This is a very dynamic image. Graphically rich. Interesting color palette. I like it. The grainyness from your "photoshopping" gives it an interesting texture. Not for everyone's taste, but right up my alley!

Interesting, but the railing for the most part, is out of focus

There was *very* little DOF on the railing, it is sharp for a very short distance, I am deciding wether to do a higher res version with all the trimmings (ie sharpening, edge creation etc)

Unless you are tight for time, go for it.

The only question you'll face is..."Have I gone too far?"...so do the manips, post them here and we'll tell you...[grin]

It works for me, though I would have preferred greater DOF. I have something similar here.

 

By the way, where were you standing to take this? You're on the wrong side of the barrier for safety!

hehe yes I am on the wrong side of the safety barrier :) There is very limited DOF, I took it from my 1.4ais wide open, resting on the bottom of the rail, for 2 seconds, I was amazed it was sharp..
