mark_duke 0 Posted June 9, 2002 This landscape comes from a scan of a normal sized print. The photo was taken at my local park, and it was just about to be thrown down the back of the closet as a VERY BAD photo, before I was bored one day, and tried to make something useful out of these shots I was disposing of. (this is about a 40% crop) The photo required extensive photoshop alteration, burning, dodging, cropping, hue, saturation, contrast etc. What do you think of the final effort? Link to comment
mark_duke 0 Posted June 9, 2002 Changed the hue on the top of the trees from green to yellow, still not too sure on it, Adjusted the hue on the reeds, and the berries on the ground on the left (might change those back) Link to comment
ivan colman 0 Posted February 8, 2003 I like this version more than the yellow hue. Now it has more a fresh look. The yellow is more "autumn"-like. But of course the final appreciation is a personal matter. Good composition. The right-under left-up diagonal formed by the long gras takes the eye through the image. It is for me a very attractive landscape photo with a high level of personal characteristics. Link to comment
sergio_varona 0 Posted July 25, 2004 Well, I don't like the composition because you can't see the end of the road so there's no way out of the landscape. In fact there is no landscape, on the contrary: it's a landrestriction. Link to comment
