the "point of view" of this shot makes it work. the "art" is interesting, but the setting adds a wonderful definition. well done.
ps: the only thing that's sort of funky is the man's right hand. it seems longer than his left.

very cool. very blue.
is this real world lights and filters or digital effects?

this was shot in an UV taning booth with daylight film.

works on many levels: graphically and as a story to be told.

i find this movement unique.

excellent exposure and saturation on the tiger. i shoot lots of butterflies, too. check out my butterfly folder. you may or may not like my "in action" style. does the la zoo have a butterfly "house" or is this a wild and casual catch?

sure there is some dust -- that can be fixed. but the image of the figure is really wonderful. i understand, i suppose, what the glass shape is about. i would also wonder if it is needed. that said, i would wonder if there is another placement option. can you get the figure refracted in the water?

Thanks for the comments. I suppose the title is not very accurate of the mood. I called it such because "Hope" is her name.

what is this? XCU of some sort of hard drive?
i really like the blue tone and contrast. regardless of what it is.

this was not staged. we were shooting on this stump when the neighbor just happened to
stroll through. comments welcome.
