the "point of view" of this shot makes it work. the "art" is interesting, but the setting adds a wonderful definition. well done.

ps: the only thing that's sort of funky is the man's right hand. it seems longer than his left.

excellent exposure and saturation on the tiger. i shoot lots of butterflies, too. check out my butterfly folder. you may or may not like my "in action" style. does the la zoo have a butterfly "house" or is this a wild and casual catch?

i like the overall effect. the modeling on the balloons is especially nice. i do sense that you may have a dirty sensor (the spot on the yellow balloon). or maybe not? that can be cleaned, but make sure you study up on how to do it and only used approved materials.

sure there is some dust -- that can be fixed. but the image of the figure is really wonderful. i understand, i suppose, what the glass shape is about. i would also wonder if it is needed. that said, i would wonder if there is another placement option. can you get the figure refracted in the water?
