1.
Brad, it's pretty much a joke when anyone with a smartphone takes a photo wherein there is rarely any thought to composition. Rarely does the user have any clue as to even the basics of photography, let alone street. Point the phone and press. This is photography? No, afraid not. Let alone successful street photos which are not easy. Almost anyone can take a pretty landscape. The beauty of the scene pretty much takes care of itself as long as the exposure is good. Environmental and street (Throw cemeteries into the fray) are not as easy as they seem. To raise up a smartphone and claim to have taken a good photo is as ludicrous as digitally changing a color photo to B&W simply by choosing greyscale.

2.
Pointing & pushing an iPhone button is not remotely close to street photography, whether it be environmental portraits or documentaries. It's really a joke

3. Beautifully done with a very good DOF treatment. A nice tight crop makes the bird nice and strong in the frame
4. Beautifully done with an excellent handling of DOF. On a personal note, I like the room at top. I would crop some off the bottom, putting the bird a bit more off center and strengthening the subject. It's still a 7 in my book
5. I agree with Jim. That foreground blade of grass or weed hurts. Actually there's a good deal of blurred foreground which is empty space and can be cropped out
6. I think Tony Brandstetter said it best. Now, Anthony, go frame this and put it on your wall
7. Very pleasing photo. A very good sky with an interesting foreground. The foreground offsets the softness of the sky and surf nicely

Whew, I wish those two guys weren't there in the BG. But, you've got to capture the moment when it happens. Spontaneity
11. Nicely done. Early morning? The water is still enough to be early morning

14. Excellent composition, Adrian. I love the fog and your muted color. Mostly I like the small ripple effect in the water. The placement of the bird is perfect
15. Very simply, I agree with Pierre's observation. I'll only add I like the processing very much. This is much better when viewed in the larger version. Good work!
