tai 3 Posted October 20, 2021 Horseradish is a European long-leaved cabbage plant cultivated for its pungent edible root. The leaves and roots are used in cooking and medicine. I hope there will be a continuation of this story in other planes (cooking, lexis ...) I would be grateful for your attention. Sincerely, Tatiana Link to comment
Giangiorgio Crisponi 502 Posted October 20, 2021 A beautiful well framed and well presented picture, which highlights the horseradish plant well with its long rough green leaves. In Italy we call this plant " Rafano" and it is used to prepare spicy sauces, once cut or grated it is preserved in vinegar., ciao Giangiorgio Link to comment
