DGorinstein 20 Posted June 19, 2019 Hi Line: This is sharp, crisp! High visual impact and superb composition and lighting, directing the viewer to the woman, the umbrella and her unknown destination. Magnificent photograph. DG Link to comment

dblais4 0 Posted October 17, 2019 After seeing this photo, I viewed your portfolio and was really impressed. Although the talent is in the photographer and not the equipment, I'd be interested if you would share what it is that you use. Many thanks! Link to comment
LineMartel 6,261 Posted October 17, 2019 Thanks Don! I started with a Nikon D7000 and Nikon 18-200mm & 50mm (all older shots) - I added a Tokina 100mm for macro work - Added a Tokina 11-16mm for architecture - Changed the 18 - 200 for Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 (street portraits) - Bought a Nikon D750 with a 24-120mm f/4 (my go to lens now a day) - I won a Tamron 150-600mm in a contest on PN (use mostly for wildlife). I have a Manfrotto 190 tripod with pistol grip that can go all the way to the ground (macro) and a Manfrotto Neotec Pro Photo monopod (can be operated with one hand) for the 150-600mm. Hope this is helpful. Link to comment

DeZee 0 Posted November 4, 2019 Line - very nicely done. The image conveys a mood that make the viewer ask questions like: who is she, where is she going? Link to comment
cbyers 0 Posted December 7, 2019 Classic, clean image. The deep vignette nicely harmonizes with the subject/umbrella - perfect placement IMO. I would have probably placed a little lower in the image and the result wouldn't have been as powerful. Deserves to be displayed. Link to comment
