I photographed these flamingos at the first light of dawn as they move between the various lagoons. they are arranged in a row to save energy. this is the best time to photograph them with a warm tone. Nikon D500, Sigma supertelephoto 300-800mm, f/7,1, 1/640 sec, ISO 280. Thanks for your comments

This is a beautiful photo! The flamingos are perfectly positioned in the light band and the light and shadows of the hills are superb.

Incredibly beautiful image, Giangiorgio! Excellent frame, color gradient, contrasting flamingos silhouettes! I like harmonious geometry, drawn by relief lines, diagonals of light and shadows, horizontal lines of the coastal strip and the movement of birds. Delight! Sincerely, Tatiana

From the thumbnail, I thought it was a desert caravan, upon opening the image full it shows a flying caravan.

Very good shot.

I am back to Photo.net and the first image that I see is this beautiful photo. The silhouettes against the only colored background are splendid. I love the softness of lights and colors.

Ci vedremo spesso spero.

Giangiorgio, this is super. Not only the flamingoes, but the bands of light and shadow from the hills, and the lines of rolling hills. This is somehow reminiscent of an Japanese ink sketch - by a master, of course. Lovely work.

Regards,

Peter.
