michaellinder 16,612 Posted November 29, 2017 This house indeed may be haunted. Yet that possibility isn't what attracted me to this image. The house certainly shows signs of disrepair, as Eddie notes. As a whole, though, I prefer to look at it as aged - the mottled colors of the fence, the gate, and the exterior walls; the damaged areas of the front door (as well as the possibility that its hardware is rusted); and areas of the exterior that are missing plaster. In my opinion, the predominance of blue and grayscale tones supports my view. Right or wrong, that's how I see this; it's brilliant work, PDE. - - My best always, michael Link to comment

kazimir 5 Posted November 29, 2017 Ha Pierre, a haunted house? the padlock on the doors says everything - maybe a "desperate house" could be a better - good one! P.S. napokon sam otkrio kako da komentiram nesto - ovaj novi PN me izludjuje...i usput, jesi li shvatio sta su 'impressions'? Sve najbolje prijatelju i oprosti sta nisam komentirao tvoje zadnje fotografije...biti cu bolji uskoro... All the best!!! Link to comment

tai 3 Posted November 30, 2017 Great, Pierre! I again see the magic geometry in your picture! I like many different angles formed by the elements of the building and the fence. Shadows also add interesting angles. A lot of different textures and details! And through the fence you can see a note with chalk on the vertical surface of the middle step of the porch. Amazing image! Congratulations! Sincerely, Tatiana Link to comment

Zbigniew Tyburczy - ZT 6 Posted November 30, 2017 Pierre, I like tonal work - snowy like feel, I also think, the house should be 'professionally' investigated by Zak Bagans, ;) Regards, ZT, Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 278 Posted November 30, 2017 Thank you, Zbigniew, I also think Zak Bagans should investigate the house (who is he?). Cheers to that PDE Link to comment
