To think this is right behind a large amusement park and 20' from the

Raritan Bay. Your thoughts, comments and ratings are always

welcome. Thanks for looking.

Holger,

I like this a lot.  Makes me want to visit the seashore again.  This has good tones and I can almost feel the sea breeze blowing.  Good shot.

Holger, a very evocative and engaging image. It feels alive and dynamic, with the very obvious effects of the wind on the grasses. The composition, colors, and lighting are all excellent. I could wish the foreground sand ripples were in better focus, but that might be an artifact of uploading to PNet. Well done. Makes me want to go back to the beach, too.

Really wonderful. I love the harmony of the wind through the inclination of the plants with the pattern in the sand. And then there's mostly only two colors in its fresh and pure state bringing an healthy and relaxed vibe which makes this so pleasent.

ricardo

One can almost feel the sea breeze, hear the gulls calling and hear the waves washing onto the distant shore.

The slightly wind blown grasses add an element of life to the image, and the patterned foreground sand creates an interesting platform to view and enjoy!

Nice work Holger!

Best Regards

I have to say this is a superbly done picture. It's the kind of picture that got me interested in photography in the first place.

Another fine beach composition.  Low light really brings out the textures here and your camera position removes any competition from the background.   Keeper!  Best, Len.
