So the top 7 could be run as POW, although we might then end the week with pictures considered 'marginally OK' by most Elves. We would then require far more than 7 nominations, possibly up to 30 and thus also 60+ voting Elves. We now have 23, so we would need to do some (serious) recruiting work. Installing a new POW is fairly easy; I copy-and-paste photo_id and comment in an admin page, set the correct date and click on OK. It is easy to do, but I know for certain that there will be days that I would not have time. We would definitely need to write code to do this automatically.
