This was processed using the Denoise feature in Lightroom and really enhanced the detail on the bricks as well as reducing noise. It also increases file size but that's what drives are for! Just in case anyone is in the same situation, I installed an RTX3050 gpu with 8GB memory since posting this. The processing time is down to 15 seconds now. i5-12600K processor, 64GB DDR4 ram.
