Although view is reversed, there is no viewfinder black out like an SLR and the leaf shutter allows x-sync at any shutter speed. I picked up this Yashica D for 60 USD back in the late 1980's from a camera repair shop that had bought out a nearby university's stock of this model. FWIW, I'm kinda ambivalent about the results I get from my Reflex II. I can't explain exactly why but there's something about the results that look "flat" for lack of a better word.
