royall_berndt
I need a single focus spot in the middle of the vf screen, but I can't remember how to arrange this. I can't move the spot around so I can lock it in. Any one able to do this?
ShunCheung
There is a lock switch just below the multi-selection pad on the back of the D7000. Edited June 17, 2022 by ShunCheung
bgelfand
As Shun wrote, be sure the Multi Selector is unlocked. Next be sure Single -point AF mode is selected, press the AF-mode button and rotate the sub-command dial (front dial). To center the focus point, press the OK button in the middle ot the Multi Selector (see pages 95 and 96 of the English version of D7000 manual). mike_halliwell
I wish there was a lock for the AF point on my Z6ii. I often move it inadvertently with the little joystick (I guess?) and then can't quickly find it in the VF for a fast BIF.
