Sanford
I haven't had great luck with my Fuji XT10. First the thumb grip and part of the body covering came off. Fuji sent me free replacements. The replacement covering is much thicker, more substantial than the original. Then the optional grip literally falls apart, the bottom screws fell out at some point. After some back and forth with Fuji they told me the grip was out of warranty but asked for my address. Today I received a new grip! BTW, these were Fujifilm contractors I was dealing with. c_watson1
Fujifilm.ca has never been chicken$hit or ungenerous with me on anything that could be chalked up to a baked-in glitch. They take CRM very seriously and aim to please.
Allen Herbert
Fungus on his lens and a tatty finish that is what I read into Sanford's recent posts. To my mind Sanford is a straight honest person who takes a lot of very talented photos which we all enjoy. For myself non of these issue with my Fuji xt1. I have a half case on my Fuji and don't live by the seaside. A friend of mine asked me to purchase a 7ii for her. Talk about tatty, after a few thousand activations Sony wins the crown.. Dave Luttmann
I have had no issues with my X10, X-Pro1 nor XT1. All work great.
famico
Another plus for Fuji is their continual firmware updates. It seems they really listen to their customers, and then do something to enhance their Fuji experience.
