"but much more satisfying than pushing buttons" Chris.-Autio So many folks on this post have dismissed the Art of Craft and design as totally irrelevant in the Art of Photography. However, without the Art of design, and the Imagination to create such designs, we would be still just scribbling and painting on cave walls. Hmm. -

I only take only photographs with a real cameras . Not into comprise from a sub quality imaging device. But, ,most folk are more about the simplicity of convivence than photography. -

. "My comment was solely motivated by the number of mobile phone 'photo examples' I saw on this thread without any accompanying comments" Mike. Actually, I'm the guilty party. This is the Philosophy forum, so when you post a photograph it should be in the context of the discussion, with some prose to explain why you have posted it. This is not a No Words forum. Posts on the Philosophy tend to meander to different paths. To my mind the creative thoughts, the wandering off the beaten track, is the joy of the Philosophy forum. Time does not have to be linear. Indeed, in our universe it is not linear. -

Do photographs of nudes make sense after Edward Weston, Saul Leiter or Robert Mapplethorpe?Je NE "I have certainly learned that nudes are just like any other photograph" Je Ne What are you rambling on about? Seems to me you have spent too much time err navel grazing. Whole world out there give it a look. Yep, forget about taking photos ,those old timers have done it all. Silly and stupid thoughts; we all have creativity and unique in our vision. Get over yourself. .
