cropped too tight for an 8x10

<p>It depends upon what is at the top and bottom. Photoshop Content Aware Fill does quite well for uncluttered backgrounds.</p>

<p>Cropping and other post processing tasks are best done on a copy on the computer and always have the original untouched on the same computer. </p>

<p>besides CAF, there is Content Aware Scaling and thats useful too. I just used it to 'stretch' the top of an image to create more image at the top (I put the top of the building too close to the top edge and felt like I needed more 'space'). I selected (rectangular) a nice blank area and then CAS. CAF included some weird extraneous stuff that I didn't want to try to clone out or 'redo'. CAS worked great.</p>
