Uhooru
Wow, time, as we often experience it, is simply rolling ahead to the end of the year. Week 50 already, and time to again post your favorite pic of the week! I'll start off with a pic of my buddy Frank ripping on the flute at a session in Santa Monica in weak, late afternoon light, with a M7 and Summicron 35. Let see what you people have. Last week was really nice, lets keep it going. >

baisao
Thank you for the encouragement to post, gentlemen. I've switched to rotary processing my B&W and have spent most of my free time trying to find the EI and development times of my films. I've also started learning 4x5, which has been a blast but I have a very slow output. I'm spoiled by all the movements on large format cameras. In time I hope to be able to capture the same kinds of scenes I am able to get with 35mm and medium format.

Chamonix 045F1 / 150mm Sironar-N / Provia 100F

Please click <a href=" to view larger on Flickr. There's lots of yummy detail in the large image, including a tumbleweed, which isn't common to these parts.

baisao
I spent Thanksgiving on the coastal plains of Texas this year and found this on the edge of town. This was a deeply gray day and I caught this between showers. I took my time setting up but as soon as I tripped the shutter it began to pour.

Chamonix 045F1 / 90mm Grandagon-N / Yellow Filter / FP4+ / Pyrocat-HD

Please click <a href=" to view larger on Flickr.
