q.g._de_bakker
Wildly and widely off-topic: Tony, do you know, how are these Cole Clark guitars? How do they compare to guitars made of the 'conventional' woods?

Bill Bowes
Hello everyone. Rick, not to get tooo far off subject, but what type of fixer are you using with the PMK Pyro negs ?? Bill
rick_drawbridge
Bill, I use almost exclusively Ilford Hypam, a rapid non-hardening fixer that has a huge working capacity. I don't know if it's available in the US, though Freestyle may stock it. It comes in a liquid form so it's easy to mix just as much as you need.

Edwin Barkdoll
Thanks, Rick. These days I would have taken several shots at least 1, 2 and 3 stops over the meter reading to get a little more control of the shadows via HDR. Unfortunately the shadows are completely blocked out with the Velvia - nothing but noise.
Test

Mike Gammill
Today seems a bit slow so I'll cover today. This shot goes back a few years when I was shooting my last roll of Kodak High Speed Infrared (HIE). Found a scan of one of my prints. I likely used a red #25 filter. At some point I tinted the scan to get the color that you see in the image. I hope to find the strip of negatives and eventually get a better scan of the negative.

Edwin Barkdoll
Mike, love that HIE. The color is very reminiscent of kodaks EIR infrared color slide film. I still have 1 roll in the freezer of the EIR and perhaps 20 rolls of the HIE. Not sure what I'm waiting for. Test
