There's always this solution:

http://www.lomography.com/magazine/tipster/2011/03/12/recargando-tu-carrete-de-126-con-pelicula-de-35-mm

The Film Photography Project had some Agfa B&W 126 last year but never offered it again. Might be worth checking in with them to double-check.

As recently as a couple of years ago there were a couple of places online selling it but even they were saying that supplies were low. There's always going to be somebody looking for a niche market who might crank out a small supply of obsolete formats, but it's not something you can count on. The bigger battle is keeping current formats like 35mm and 120 in production.

I have some rolls of C126-24 that were kept frozen before I bought them, and in my cool basement darkroom since. I haven't tried one yet, though.
I have some C41 chemistry, but don't plan to mix it up for just one roll.
I also have two rolls of C116 that were kept cold, and some rolls of C110 that I bought new and kept refrigerated since.
