creating a new folder

I am not able to add a new folder to my portfolio no matter which sequence

number I use. Here is the error message I am getting - please help. Thanks,

It should be fine now.

 

For some reason, the sequence that hands out IDs for folders lost track of things and handed out already-used IDs. Regulars of this forum may note that this happened a little while ago as well. I should look into this problem more closely.
