neil_grant
i'm using a Sony H series 32 gb card - but the reader is playing up. New ones don't seem compatible with the H series card. What readers are you all using?? Thanks!
Dieter Schaefer
but the reader is playing up How do you know it's the reader and not the card itself? H Series are quite old now - but any chance yours is still within the 5-year warranty period? To answer your question about card readers, I use the Lexar reader that was sold with their cards; works with Sony XQD Series G cards too. Don't have any others and hence can't comment on whether your card will work in that reader.
bgelfand
Scroll down to the bottom of this article on the Sony site; it lists which Sony readers are compatible with which Sony XQD cards: Sony Global - Memory Media & External Hard Drive Portal - Sony XQD™ Memory Card

bgelfand
i would expect all XQD readers to be compatible with all XQD cards ... Am i being naive ? Yes <BIG GRIN> See the table at the bottom of the link in my post above. It shows which Sony readers are compatible with which cards. Only the MRW-E90 reader is listed as fully compatible at all speeds with all Sony XQD cards.

Another thing to add to my dis-like list for XQD ...
manuel_garcia5
When I had my D4 I used the USB cable to d/l my images. I do the same with my D850. Not a fan of popping cards in and out all the time.
