ellis_vener_photography
like the one here: http://www.peteturner.com/Misc1/index.html black background two softboxes, strips of gel over the softboxes and a polarizing filter on the lens. I believe the strips of color atthe bottom of the frame were composited in later.
hjoseph7
How to photograph bubbles ? I did a wedding last year and there were a bunch of kids blowing bubbles all over the place. You see this at allot of weddings. I noticed that bubbles against a light background simply did not come out in the picture, or they came out as a round blob. Against a dark background however you could start seeing the outline of some bubbles. I also noticed that you had to be a few feet away from the bubbles, standing too close would also make them dissapear. I was using a Canon 30D, a 550ex flash, under fluorecent, tugsten and window lighting.
