Kodak Gold 200 film

<p>I have several rolls of Kodak Gold 200 film that need to be developed. My question is; are there labs that still process this film?<br>

<p>Sure, it's just C41 Color Negative film. If you live in a modest-to-large sized town, there is probably a photo shop or more likely a Walgreens that can process it for you in an hour or so.<br>

Some processors will send it out to develop it and make scans or prints, but will not return your negatives. Check first.<br>

In fact, this is probably the <em><strong>only</strong></em> actual film processing that you can find locally these days.</p>

<p>Thank you JDM and Brooks for your help. With the changes in photography these days, it is hard to keep up with all the changes, especially with color film.</p>

It's getting harder but c4 should be the easiest to find. Try drug stores around you. Not sure which ones still do it. Expect

operators to be greener than they used to be.

<p>Check the CVS and Walgreens, some in your area may still have a 1-hour lab. But send-out is becoming the norm again.</p>

 

<p>No one develops film in our small (pop 10,000) town, anymore. Unless you're in a major population area it's doubtful. +1 for Dwayne's, mail order.</p>

<p>Just don't do the Walmart send out, they won't send you your negatives back, they destroy them. I have also heard that CVS's send out does the same thing. You should ask.</p>

<p>Try Costco if you have one close by. Check first to see if they are still running a wet minilab. Prices are incredibly reasonable compared to mail-order labs.</p>

<p>Costco does that In house and results are very good. I did with NPS and some local pro labs. Costco holds a very good quality.</p>
