PhotoShopped?

Nice snapshot. To my eyes, too thin and too much going on.

Congratulations. Some people work a long while for this sort of shot. And, Duncan looks very happy and handsome. Sheltie, isn't he (the Best Breed, of course!)?

Cihat - I like this pose. Too bad the scan is so dusty (or - ?). John

Nice work and creative idea!

After summer rains.

(Butterfly wouldn't open it's wings, although I waited a long time,
inches off the ground on pebbles and rocks.)

I really like this shot! Soft color and sharp detail, plus a very unusual subject. Nice going.

Very interesting face. On my monitor, the whites aren't white in this photo. Background is a little distracting and could be de-focussed to improve.

A gentle mood amid grandeur. Nice going!

Longer exposure tends to blur the fire, 1/15 seemed sharp enough here.

Wildfire invades the national forest. Nature at work.

On my monitor, the lefthand daisy is looking somewhat above horizontal.

These bloom one night only, and over 100 bloomed on June 6, 2003, at
Tohono Chul Park, Tucson, Arizona. They call it "Bloom Night."

What to do about that harsh desert light...

All the great comments are true, and you come across as a heckuva guy as well as photog. Keep it going!

A crop of a very wide frame, to excise a wash that was on the right.

This was metered from the sky (away from the sun). The saguaro didn't
move while I recomposed and shot!
