I like the color. Beautiful textures too. I think I'd like more light on her face and farther hand, and in focus. Great shot!

Very interesting. Ann Simmons-Myers has used a technique in art photographs of which this is reminiscent.

Perhaps she is teetering over some sex-related issue. Shall she exploit it, and teeter over into the light and maybe down the abyss, or regain her balance and step inside to safety and more modest circumstances. I don't know, I like it although it is unsettling. Keep making images!

Good catch! I like the color too.

Photo student here. Your comments will be greatly appreciated.

I like the moving train. It seems a touch light on the highlight areas though, and the camera seems tilted?

Thank you all! The Desert Museum is an inspiration.

Natural light.

Interesting, but to my eyes, too dark and could use fill flash plus less material to the left of the welding area itself, maybe crop 10 percent or so.
-
Beautiful place! To my eyes, the right two-thirds doesn't add anything, and the color lacks depth in the lighter areas. With places like that to shoot, though, keep going!

Nifty image. (I'd prefer to see more of the branch at left and less space to right.) Post more!

Great color and design. I was thinking the brown could be darker for greater contrast. Good work!

Super documentary! Congratulations!

Cool. And nice fun title, sounds like "antici - passion" in English!

I like it. How did you train the little beastie to pose like that?! / Perhaps crop the left quarter or so?
-
C - Thanks for the nice comment. He was trained well, but he's also a vicious killer, remember, so I don't think bashful is among his traits! Watchful, maybe! - John

Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, west of the Tucson Mountains, conducts a
variety of classes in its Art Institute, including drawing, painting
and many others. This photograph was made during a Photo II class
taught by Robert Renfro. ASDM supplied the kestrel, who was very
cooperative in anticipation of lunch a little later.

Very creative idea and excellent capture.

Truly a "grabber" and excellent lighting, color, contrast -- congratulations!
