I feel that I want to get out into this lovely mountains. I like the composition with foreground and background and the resulting depth. The tones in the mid and light areas are also very good. I would try to get a bit more contrast into the sky. This would close the picture on the upper border and would make the sky a stronger part against the trees in the lower foreground. Anyway a beautiful scene, well seen and taken. Congratulations!

Dear Bela, Nice fantasy. Reminds me on a Borg sphere from Star Trek. From my perspective the difference of foreground (wall and triangular structure) and background (sphere) could be stronger. Maybe the sphere in the background could be less dominant but more subtle in its visual appearance. But anyway, congratulations to an interesting composing.

Hi Zsolt, The foto caught my attention. I like the contrast of the soft water part (good long exposure to get the fog) to the interesting rock with high grade of detail. From composition perspective I would crop the picture to square format concentrating on the left part of the foto. With the current format the foto feels unbalanced to me. Regard Michael

Great picture with contrasts and tones perfectly processed. A more reduced and abstract variant by cropping out the stones in the foreground would also be very interesting. It leaves the dramatic interaction between the water and the sky with the bird as the second step for the eye. Regards Michael.

Hi Stephen, nice picture catched my eyes. Anyway the boat seems a bit dominant to me or the other way the castle is not able to get my eyes from the boat. Maybe a bit more drama in the sky could balance the strength of the boat and lead the eye in the backgrounnd. Would also try a quadratic format with more of the nice sky. Regards Michael
