1.
Any thought about the durability of mirrorless lenses? I know that all mirrorless lenses are fully electronic and I have some concern about 100% electronic lenses compare to DSLR or manual lenses. Also, are there any other things that I have to think about mirrorless lenses such as Batis lenses which require to replace OLED display?

 2.
So what Aperture? It will be various depend on Aperture and shutter speed. How am I suppose to know?

 3.
http://www.brendandaveyphotography.com/?page_id=13

But the shutter speed still control the brightness. How am I suppose to know the exact aperture and shutter speed for 1 or 2hours of long exposure?

 4.
So RF60 itself needs V6ii for HSS feature?

 5.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Godox-XT32C-HSS-Flash-Trigger-Transmitter-with-XTR-16S-Receiver-for-Canon-S9P9-/381668903927?hash=item58dd3d4bf7:g:7NcAAOSwuhhXXnxR

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Godox-VING-V850II-2-4G-HSS-Li-ion-Speedlite-Flash-for-Canon-Nikon-Pentax-/122026379814?hash=item1c6956ca26:g:-1oAAOSwMNxXbnG1

Any thought about these combinations?

 6.
I still don't get it. Both shutter speed and aperture control the brightness. If I expose the film too much, than it will be too bright, if I expose the film less, then it will be too dark. How am I suppose to know about the shutter speed?

 7.
So there are no other way to use HSS for third party flashes?

 8.
Andrew/ It's quite shame that Pentax still having lack of flash system like Canon and Nikon have... Older versions looks nice but I need a wireless transmitter together.

 9.
Any recommendations for speed light? I really need at least HSS feature with wireless controlling system for Pentax camera.

Both Cactus RF60 and Godox V850 looks nice but not sure if those flashes support HSS.

Well, I want to start shooting portrait at outside with one speed light + light modifier. I can't just shoot portrait in ambient light condition especially in sunny day.

So because of that, I need one speed light with HSS and high GN within $200. Any thoughts?

 10.
I have 5 years old digital camera and batteries die quickly within an hour. Cant use it for this time.

I don't rely on google that much.

 11.
I am going to have my own trip to East area in USA. I have Pentax 67 and Me super but Pentax 67 will be my main camera for start trail and astro photography. I tried shooting astro images few years every July or August with my digital camera. Well using the film camera with long exposure will be much better than using the digital camera.

I already made battery eliminator part for Pentax 67 and all I need to do is to shoot pics at night. But I have few concerns about exposure, aperture, film, and more.

How should I calculate the exposure base on the aperture?
Provia 100f is what I'm going to use but how can I calculate the reciprocity failure?

 12.
http://www.cactus-image.com/rf60.html

http://www.godox.com/EN/Products_Camera_Flash_V850.html

Any thought about these?

 13.
Well can't afford those studio flashes and can't carry them by myself unless I work with someone else. I just need one speed light with HSS and wireless features basically. TTL would be fine too. The budget is $100.

 14.
I always shoot portrait at outside without any light modifying tools. Cause I usually shoot pics by myself. Because of that, I tend to shoot portrait under the shadow area to get even lights. Well, it's quite limited for other conditions like sunny day. Without the speed light, it is impossible to prevent overexposed sky or else. mounting on camera's hot shoe is not that helpful unless I have separate tripod with octabank. I know that photographers can decide which method to use. I know some photographers never use any speed light or studio flash light instead of reflector. Although, I do like portrait images with speed light or studio flash light that I can control the light. But for now, I should prefer to shoot by myself till I get a real job.

Do you think that I should use both methods to become professional photographer?

 15.
I know that there are two types of portable flash: Speed light and battery powered studio flash. I want to use light modifier like Otcabank and umbrella.

I would prefer a speed light with radio transmitter but not sure if I wanna get a studio flash for power. I usually shoot with a mode alone tho.

I'm using Pentax K-5 which is quite old. I know that Pentax is suck for flash related works but I need an universal equipment that I can use on all brands.

So lets finalize what I need:
- HSS feature
- Portable(One person can handle everything)
- radio transmitter for wireless controlling
- power
- cheap.

Base on your suggestion, I can drop few wishes.

 16.
Also, any thoughts about mirrorless lenses which is fully electronic? Do I need to worry about mirrorless lenses if it's not working some day?

 17.
Any thought about the life cycle of mirrorless camera?

 18.
Thanks for advices people! I guess I should show my portfolio site first before I start conversation.

 19.
Hi, I would like to get some help about the mirrorless camera system especially from Sony A7 series.

Currently, I have access to school equipments and they have Canon equipments. 5d mark 3 is my main camera. I used a lot of lenses for 2 years so far.
I was thinking to get Pentax K-1 for getting my own equipments cause my current camera, Pentax K-5, is dying and I can't even shoot pics without my own camera during the summer vacation(4 months). I do rely on Pentax cameras because they are well known for study and perfect camera body. But I still don't like their AF performance and lack of few features which is quite critical compare to 5d mark 3. So I looked at Sony A7 series. They are mirrorless cameras and I really like newest technologies.

Sony A7rii looks great but it's too expansive compare to K-1 or I don't have that amount of money. I still not rely on any mirrorless camera cause they have short life cycle compare to DSLR and it seems that Sony cameras have issues with camera bodies such as reliability.

Do you think that it's still worthy to move on to Sony mirrorless camera instead of Pentax K-1 FF DSLR?

 20.
Well, I have an issue with TFP models that they never respond me back. However, photographers think that it's ok cause they are in model agency. I really feel that it's not responsible at all. Are there any documents about TFP model? I don't think that it's good manner and attitude.

 21.
Richard/ Well it is quite revolutionary mirrorless medium format camera. Because

1. It uses only leaf shutter. No shutters in camera body. So the body can be smaller without the mechanical shutter which is quite big and leaf shutter provide quite sound and better exposure method due to its mechanism.

2. Very light and very small. I wished to see RF style medium format camera and here it is. Pentax 645Z was a quite portable camera compare to other companies but now it does not.

3. Build quality is awesome. It's made of aluminum while others are using plastic.

It uses only contrast auto focus but still quite faster than DSLR.
noise quality is nice that I can see a lot of detail at the highest iso without any issues. Yeah still acceptable and useful.
It support UHS-2 and USB 3.0 C type. This is the first camera using USB C type ever(much faster and superior than any other USB except for thunderbolt 3)
touch screen works like a smart phone
mode dial is quite unique. You can push the dial in and out
It has nikon hot shoe mount
Can shoot 400 pics and operate at least 4 hours.

Well, I can not recommend this for street photographer due to AF speed and shooting speed unless you prefer to use manual focusing.Bascially, it's for photographers who use flash equipments.

 22.
I tried it today from B&H. It was really a good camera. Any questions if you ever wonder?

 23.
It is revolutionary camera which solved mirrorless camera's current issues such as focal plane shutter. Hasselblad used leaf shutter basically and the price is similar with Pentax 645Z's initial price. Pentax should feel pressure about this.

 24.
Does anyone have Hackintosh custom computer? I would like to hear some thoughts about it since I need OS X and high performance in cheaper price compare to iMac and Mac pro.
