    <p>Maxxum 7. I have used one for over a year and it's great. I use a Meta35, www.meta35.com, to keep up with the shooting data.</p>

    <p>If you want AF then Nikon N90s/N90 with a MF-26 data back will do multiple exposures and will F100, F5, F6 and Canon 1V. These are all excellent cameras available quite inexpensively in my opinion.</p>

    <p>Lovely image! I just finished a roll of Portra 160 on my F100. I have a N90, N90s, F100, F5 and F6 all with their own particular advantages. I love the F100. It fits my hand perfectly and is almost always in my car. I agree with C Watson that these AF SLRs are readily available and superb pieces of engineering. They all store downloadable shooting data and work with modern lenses. I think they are the true undiscovered treasures of a photography world dominated by digital. </p>

    <p>I use both an F5 and an F6. Perhaps unnecessarily I tend to choose the F5 when I think the weather or trip is going to be rough. I take full advantage of and download the exposure data stored in these cameras. One thing to note is if you want the date and time of each frame you need an MF-28 Multi-Control Back for the F5. The data/time function is built into the F6 but you must remember to set the data recording level to "Detailed" to record the time. </p>

    <p>I am a fan of Canon 1V and Nikon F100, F5, F6. These all share the current Canon and Nikon glass and have first rate meters and autofocus. They are highly configurable with custom function and store shooting data for later download. That being said a fully mechanical Nikon F2 Titan is the most beautiful camera ever made. :)</p>

    <p>www.meta35.com has released a device "Meta35" that replaces the ESE1 cable and software. It also works with Nikon and Minolta. It downloads shooting data, sets custom functions and sync meta data with scanned images. Very cool!</p>
