To put buildings on level put your camera on level. Don't tilt. Of course this will cut the top of the buildings if you are on the first floor.

I didn't liked the foreground building at left at first but I found it gives a better three dimensional sense to the photo. I have learned something with this photo. Thanks.

The small plane is too close to the small sun on an too empty frame, making the photo too confined to those two elements. Maybe if the plane where farther from the sun (but going towards it) it would be better

the pole and tree are too distracting elements. The man is hard to see.

Very interesting. I agree it would be a lot better with the three sticks completely on the frame, from the one in better conditions to the most destroyed one. Sorry bad english.
