"I want to be the girl that changed everything. The girl that made a difference. The girl that gave you a story to tell." Photo and retouch: Ulla Wolk Model: Maja Kavcic MUA: Lea Behek Make-up. The shoot we had for testing the lights had a lot of good results and this is also one of them. I just love working with this model, she is such a fun and lovely person! This is done with two lights - an octabox and a snoot, shoot on our bed that was covered in black and we put black V-flats behind and covered all with black cloth. I really like the way light isn't too sharp, it is just soft and dreamy. Comments and critique very welcome, Love, Ulla

This was a client shoot, I was running a special offer 1 photo for free and the rest you can buy. She just took one photo - and not this one - but I have a model release and I can use this for my advertising, so I'm happy. It's made with two lights - a strip box as a main light and a snoot for bg light behind her right shoulder. Comments and critique as always, really welcome. Happy new year 2016 to all and lots of light, Ulla

Since I'm focusing on my business I kind of didn't have time to work on my personal collection. Last weekend we finally took time to go into the woods and shoot a few of photos of my niece again. This one represents a part of my life which was kind of divided between searching for work or going on my own, which I consequently did. It was a big and difficult decision and I still don't know if it was the right one but I do enjoy my work now and I spend more than half a day immersed into PS and photography and I still can't get enough of it. But before I was scared (still am tbh) and I felt confused and alone. Comments and critique welcome, Ulla

@Martin Andreasson Martin thank you so much for your words, I feel honored by them. And I do agree on the jacket - it was not a planned shoot, she is my niece and she put on what she had, I would love for her to have a dark jacket or a coat or something darker in cotton or leather or something with more texture and less "glossy"

Going out of my comfort zone (which is natural light boudoir). They say that people need to grow so I'm trying new things - two lights setup for boudoir in the evening. It's hard, but I'll get the gist of it eventually. this is one of the portraits in the middle of the shoot and I really like it. What do you think? Comments and critique welcome as always Love, Ulla

A photo I did in the series of the portraits of this beautiful girl, we just bought a big mirror and we were playing with it. It represents the point of view, if you change that you see a different picture, so we should never judge other people if we can't see where they come from. CC always welcome Love, Ulla

After some time, I have decided to share my latest work. I'm mostly working with models and developing my own style of photography, which is soft and romantic and really feminine. I just loved working with Eva, she is my perfect model, just 18 years but soft and gentile and really beautiful with full lips and green eyes. I'll share a portrait of her later, so you will be able to see the perfection on her part. Comments and critiques really welcome as always, as this is the reason to post here. Love, Ulla

@Roberto S. and Serge Ivanov, Thank you so much for the nice words. I totally agree with both of your comments what is wrong with the photo. I took it about 3 months ago and now I do see the troubles, photo is a tinny bit over-sharpened and the knee is too bright so it's taking attention from the face. Saying that I also really do like this photo with all the mistakes, the expression and the feeling conquer all for me :D. @ Mau Thank you so much, you are my support and my rock! I know I still have so much to learn and this is really helping me!
