Between light and dark

I had time to work on another of my personal reflections.

I find that we are all a mixture between lots of things. I used to think I'm more of a

happy bright person, but that changed. From my experience in life I've developed a

part of me that is strange and unfamiliar but totally mine. I'm dragged sometimes in

this dark places without light coming through. It started with my depression and it

still lifts its head from time to time. I noticed that in my work, my personal work is

not nice and bright, it's deep and painful and I really find myself there.

I guess we all carry our duality, we hide the parts that don't belong in the

environment we are currently in and show only what we want, but we are all

creatures of day and night and we are torn between the happy and the sad. It just

depends which way are you looking at the moment.

I don't see any depressing trends in your photo.net photographs, perhaps a few in your other portfolio on the web. I'd say, nothing unusual though.

This is technically very well done.  You do beautiful work.  Yes we all have had dark times, my wish for you in the New Year is that you will 'choose' the 'light' - find a way to move beyond what ties you to your dark memories. Time goes by much too swiftly.  I pray that you will be able to find a way to walk and 'live' in the Positive and 'Glorious Light' that is just waiting for you. Please don't ALLOW whatever DARKNESS there is in your life to 'rule over you'. You are a very talented woman. I feel our dark times in the past while I would not wish them on anyone - they do serve a Purpose. Hopefully that time will 'help you - to help others' and encourage them to look towards all that good and surrounded by light. I have learned that we do not have to CHOOSE to allow DARKENSS to keep us in BONDAGE. We can seek the Help we need to move FORWARD to more meaningful lives. And in so doing - I would LOVE to see the 'glorious' compositions you will produce. You have been blessed with such a wonderful 'talent'. Please know I am not minimalizing your Past - just praying you will seek the help to move past that time and embrace all that is good in your life and fill your spirit with everything that is Positive. You can do it - just choose it. It may be 'hard work' but it will be worth it in the end.
