Thank you all for the king comments. I do like to capture birds doing something other than pose; there are too many people out there who do the perfect bird pose so much better than I can! Gillie

One of the wonderful British sports cars of my youth, in such pristine condition; wouldn't it be wonderful if they were the original owners!

Thanks for looking.

Thank you for the suggestion, Lynne; I went back to the image and put a grid on the horizon, and can't see that it is not straight?

Thanks, Ruud. Contrary to popular belief, the sun does not always shine in Florida, thank goodness.

Great shot of the yearlings playing in the dusty paddock; love the tone.

I love to see the terns fishing, so this is near to my heart. As previously stated the large copyright spoils the image for me, and I have to say, that if I wanted to, I could remove it in about 5 minutes, so it is probably not saving the shot from ill-doers. Also, again, the image is so small that one can not really appreciate it's quality or otherwise.

Lovely capture of the artist at work. I think I might have softened the light a little more, but overall a sweet image.

Lovely, cloudy September morning; temperatures dropping to mid 80s and
a cool breeze. Perfect for this Florida dweller!

Very beautiful

Good colours and textures; looks as though it's getting cold up there.

Thank you Ruud, and Randy. He was a little shy :)

Very impressive sky, with just enough land to anchor it.

Thank you, Randy and Ruud; I think this is one of my better dragonflies, so I'm glad that you like it :)

Thnaks to you all for taking the time to comment. Laurent, I do indeed have many shots from this location all taken within half and hour, and with some amazing variations, as there was an early thunderstorm rolling in. Gillie
