A very cool location with great potential to shoot. For this particular one, IMHO, too dark. hard to see details, matrix needed to be cleaned. Also, I would leave only one couple: at the top or below. No more people needed if this is a Fine Art category. Right now it is reportage. Cheers, Evgeny

Hello, Vincent. This is sunset time, you are right. Sun just dropped behind the ridgeline. I decided to give this photo a softer look, trying to deliver a gentle beauty of that peaceful evening. want to be honest with you: I was never happy with the processing results of that picture, I tried several times and always something was scratching my eye. Like this fir tree, which is not quite in place (in terms of composition). or sky colors were not quite right. But as you probably noticed, some pictures have to lay aside for a while, before you can please your eye and ego with something you managed to reveal from that image. Many thanks for your attention and pleasing review. Cheers, Evgeny!

Vincent! As always you got it. You meticulously explore the image. I had the same feeling about turning this clockwise. The dead tree on the right helps to make this corner a little bit busier to balance the image. The sunbeams basically made this image and that is why I chose that shot from many others. Thank you for your interest!

Gregory and Verena Sava, thank you!

Hi, Vincent. Thanks again! I don't mind. Not at all! I love to hear your constructive opinion. Honestly, I thought about trimming the top more (it is a crop already). We surprisingly think the same way.

Hello Vincent. It has been a while, yes. Great to hear from you. I finally got time to blow the dust from my camera. It was hard to recollect the location of the buttons of my new camera. But I am still pleased with its performance. Squamish - magic place. Almost on the coast of the Pacific ocean, with its unique terrains and forests. More pictures to come, I believe. Thank you for your interest and perpetual attention.

Hi, Rosario. I appreciate your interest in this work. Cheers, Evgeny!

Hi, Vincent. It was a quiet freezing night, as I remember. We used a flashlight to reduce the exposure time for the foreground. I managed to take that single exposure shot at 30 sec. You are right about light pollution. There is a small town El Chalten in 8 km from that place. Thank you for your attention to details!

Northern lights in the sky of Yukon. Historic site - Dredge # 4 at famous Bonanza Creek near Klondike Commissioned in 1913 and up to 1959, this wooden-iron horse continuously ground many thousands of tons of rock in its bowels, separating the gold particles from the mud. Until now, gold prospecting work is being carried out in these places: some are serious with technology and firm intentions to get rich, and someone for the sake of fun, having bought special washing trays-plates in Dawson City nearby, was fond of this topic and could not unbending, crawl along the streams.

Oh. Thank you, Wayne, for such a nice comment!

Hey, Vincent. Good to hear from you. Thank you for stopping by. It is a pleasure and honor for me!
I do agree that without windmills it was a lovely pastoral with cows and fields. However, these industrial monsters do not scratch my eyes at all. Probably because they already almost retired in comparison with those fancy white windfarm units with a modern fancy look. Sincerely, Evgeny!

Hello, Vincent!
I had a feeling you suggest the crop as I was thinking myself about, it when I was working on image. I tried and didn't like it, as square almost ate all details I wanted to keep in the dark sides of the image. Thank you for your comment!

Thank you, Giangiorgio! This is our Canadian jelly fish!

Hi, Larry. This time of the year you can drive over them as ice is thick enough. Yhanls for your interest.

Hello Vincent. Happy New Year!
Thanks for nitpicking! I appreciate that and will keep in mind what you said. Honestly, I didn't go to that precise point yet. BTW, I trimmed the last Patagonian picture as you recommended to remove the white rock. It really looks better now.
I will follow your lifehack in regards to the description also.
