1.
Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a Helical Focus mount? Im looking to build a cambo wide like camera. all of the focus mounts that I have seen are expensive from Schneider $340. Fotoman made some at $200 but they are out of business now. does anyone know where I can get one or hack one from another camera? thanks.

 2.
Hello,
Im looking to get a polaroid 180 or 195 camera since those are the only models with an operating shutter. I have been check prices for this cameras and they are through the roof. I have seen polaroid land cameras like the 250 with a Rodenstock Ysarex 127mm lens mounted on them. does anyone know how to make this conversion? how do you get proper infinity focus with this camera? I have a few 127mm lenses laying around and would love to attempt a conversion.
any help will be appreciated. thank you.

 3.
Hello again,

I have a Linhof Technika V 4x5 camera. I dropped it a while back and bent the front focus wheel, the focus is very stiff. I just got in a new focusing geared wheel. Im pretty good with tools and have a good knack for dissembling and fixing mechanical things.
heres my question, does anyone know how to completely remove the entire front rail to access the focus wheel? Im having trouble getting to all the screws. any Ideas? thanks.

 4.
Hello, I have been scouring all the used camera shops, ebay, and I cant find a Comound V shutter anywhere. my best bet is to look for one with a lens w/ the shutter. does any one know where I can find one or have one for sale? also, what lenses came with a compound V shutter?

The only ones I can think of are a Xenar 30cm 4.5

thanks.

 5.
Hello all,

I converted the camera before with the original 127mm lens with success. I find that the 127mm lens is a bit to wide for my taste. Now, I want to make a polaroid 110b to 4x5 conversion with a 150mm lens. I know that you will have to remove the front element of the lens in order to close the camera, etc.
My question is, would I have to make any changes to the original cam on the camera to achieve a proper focus? does anyone know where I can get a modified cam for a 150mm lens? if all else fails, what would be the best 150mm lens to use to with the original 127mm cam?

Fujinon 150mm f/6.3
Rodenstock APO Sironar-S 150mm f/5.6
Nikkor W 150mm 5.6

thanks.

 6.
hello,
I just found my old nikon f100 I purchased a decade ago in the closet. it has not been used in years. I would like to get rid of it, but I want to make sure its fully functional. Im testing it out right now an d I cant seen to get the auto focus to work on the shutter release button. the autofocus works when i press the "af on" button on the back. The camera must be on some weird custom setting.

does anyone know how to get the camera to auto focus with the shutter release button? thanks.

 7.
Hello,

I have a Konica Minolta Magicolor Laser Printer that I use for quick work prints to tack on the wall to edit. Toner for the printer is really expensive, about $350 for a whole new set. I have seen Aftermarket toner for this Laser Printer. Does anyone have any experience with the aftermarket toner? is the quality the same? any thoughts would be very helpful, thanks.
