I would like to cancel my subscription and just in case something goes wrong with that I want to clear my payment options but I have no idea where to do that. I have searched my account and profile settings for about 15 minutes and can't find out how to access this info. This site has become so confusing that I want nothing to do with it. Can someone please advise me on making sure I don't get auto renewed and how to access my payment info.

Hi, I click on the orange Upload icon and get a gray box that says drag images here or click to browse. When I click nothing happens and when I drag a photo the photo gets displayed taking up the entire frame with no buttons or options to save or upload. I tried chrome, safari and firefox all with the same result. This new site is EXTREMELY frustrating! Please help. Thanks, Peter O'Hara
