Hi George...I hope you don't mind i took some liberties with your image. Enhancements include selective color boost, contrast boost and high-pass sharpening to add drama. Your shot reveals a very accurate tonality but I'm a color fiend. :-)

Great composition here! My first instincts are to try a coffee graduated horizon, darken the lower right corner and slightly lighten the girl and add some local contract. 2 minutes tweaked and lots of mood. You can do so much with this. Nice shot.

I agree the scene is quite busy, but you can work with what you've captured to maximize the impact. Here I decided to apply a digital polarizer effect ( also increases color and contrast) and darken the lower left-hand corner. Adds more interest IMO.
