Nice composition and detail.  The lighting looks a bit harsh however. Was this natural light or with a flash.  If flash maybe a bit of diffusion .

Very nice shot.  I , however, find the out of focus foreground a bit distracting.  Maybe try cropping some of the foreground?

I am trying to learn focus stacking. This is an attempt 4 pictures manually

stacked in photoshop. Macro 60mm lens with 24mm tube.
