12.
Well, I hope you continue to use the super long, ultra wide and ultra fast occasionally, Louis - you contributions to the FD pages are always most appreciated.

 13.
And great to see some shots from you again, Louis!
Hard to beat the Bokeh of the 400/4.5!

 14.
The range of chrome film available continues to dwindle; Provia 400X, which I've been extolling for the last few months, is no more, to my great sadness. Looks like I'll be dialling the meter down to Velvia 50 from now on! Following therefore are my last Provia 400X posts here:

 15.
No doubt Canon extenders are well worth the cost compared to cheaper 3rd party makers. I really regret leaving my Canon 2xB on a mountain many years ago. "Replaced" it with a 7-element Kenko extender which I thought would be at least acceptable, but the results are not even that.

 16.
I think that's your best moon shot on this forum yet, Bill - it's an absolute stunner!
Looking forward to seeing more from your 300/4 L.

 17.
Last shot is of my favourite flower, the lotus (or "hasu", here in Japan):

 18.
Hi Alex, and sure hope you're back on your feet real soon!
A nice piece of junk indeed, and looking forward to seeing what it can do.
First shot for me is from Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine in Kamakura:

 19.
That sounds like a really interesting assignment!
Some really nice shots David, very creative and certainly shows what is possible with a single prime lens...

 20.
Hi Alex,
I like the first shot particularly - the delivery van brake lights really activate it!
By coincidence, this month I had also planned to show an old night image from many years back - this is ALL multi-exposure on one single frame using the A-1's lever (no Photoshop here)...the tricky thing was remembering which bits of the frame I had already used. I wasn't sure what would be suitable for the all-important center and left it until last, but then found the "Tengu-san" restaurant sign which seemed to do the trick. Better than a dry-cleaning sign anyway!

 21.
Nice composition Bill - I've never seen one of those bugs on a black background before; really displays the green nicely...

 22.
Another very effective shot with this unique lens, Jim - thanks very much for sharing it.

 23.
Thanks for the interesting shot with the rare FD fisheye, Jim.
Speaking of rare FD, I'd love to see a shot from the 35mm TS lens sometime if anyone has one ?
A couple more Japanesque views on Provia 400X chrome film, whose colours I really like:
