10.
JDM--your FED-2--nothing like a stealth camera! Nice!
Paul

  11.
Christian--my MD4 makes the same noise. Would not worry about it. They are incredibly rugged little machines. Made for the photojournalism/other professional groups. I have one on which the the metal grip in front is extremely worn--it's a little noisy (gears) and it still works fine. This particular one must have seen thousands of rolls of film go through an F3--the stories it could tell! I'd just use the one you have. The ONLY disadvantage of an MD4--IMHO--is the weight it adds. Good luck!
Paul

  12.
Charlie--I've always been "wowed" at the results of your ZoneSimple Extreme recipe. Do you have more information on the process? Thanks!
Paul

    Storing D300

Al--I say keep it. You've taken a lot of good pix with it and it means something to you. Take out the battery and put it in the drawer in your air conditioned home. What's it worth? 300 dollars? That's what they're going for down here. Not really worth the effort to sell it. Take it out occasionally and marvel at the build quality and take some more pix. Keep it--you can't go wrong. Just my view...
Paul

  18.
Rick--outstanding, as always! I love the tones you get with Ilford. Really well done! Nos 7, 10 and 11 are just superb. Thanks for posting!
Paul

  23.
Mr. Ye has done excellent work for me. Both cameras work very well to this day. As Chris says, the only thing that really matters is that the work was done satisfactorily. What else matters? The cameras work great. The turnaround time was super. I'm satisfied. Love to meet Mr. Ye in person some day and have him take apart a camera in front of me--even at his cluttered desk. Good for you, Chris!
Paul

  24.
Michael--I've seen FMs sell for between $50-$150 here locally, depending on condition. They are good cameras, but not rare. You might check completed listings on the popular auction site for more accurate info.
Paul

  25.
Mike G--wow! Love that film--amazingly detailed..thanks for posting.
Paul
