Cool shot! Great work!

This 1958 Chevy Apache truck is setting in a field just outside of Freedom

Indiana. I talked with the gentleman that owns the truck and he gladly gave

me permission to capture this image. And, he also offered to let me

photograph more of his antique equipment. Very nice man and an enjoyable

experience. Thanks for visiting!

This ladder is in a haunted houses basement. The building is the Owen County Home, or Owen County Insane asylum. The main structure of the building was built in 1821 by Col. John Franklin. Later in 1878 Owen County purchased the building to move into. The needs of the poor and mentally ill had outgrown the original building in Freedom, IN just 2 miles down river.

Thank you Pierre for your kind words! I gave some thoughts on saturation, and I reflected back to my reaction that morning. The sky was a brilliant blue, the clouds weren't too thick and the reflection from the vehicle caught my eye. This was how I felt about this scene, and I wasn't sure I made the right decision. Considering everything, this image helps me to recreate that moment in my minds eye. Thanks again Pierre, you are always very helpful.

Les, these two statues are in the Carnegie building in Spencer, Indiana. They will eventually be returned to the Tivoli theater, in Spencer also, when it is restored. The Doughboy statue is in the court house lawn in Spencer. As you know, Spencer is the home town of Viquesney.

The bold letters on the facade really stand out when you are downtown.This
